Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@lememesac.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Carrer de Brusi 92 1ro 1, Barcelona, Barcelona 08006, Spain, and only after you have initiated the return process by emailing us at hi@lememesac.com.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us.

14-day cooling-off period within the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
