1. Terms of Purchase

Prices include VAT (where applicable) and, where applicable, shipping costs visible before checkout

Payments are made securely via Stripe (credit or debit card).

The estimated delivery time is up to 5 days in Spain / 7 days in the rest of Europe and the United States / 10 days in Asia. Once payment is processed, shipping will proceed.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw and return the product (except for personalized items). The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return.

The legal warranty is 2 years exclusively for manufacturing defects; it does not apply to natural wear and tear or improper handling.

2. Data Protection

Personal data is used only to process orders, manage shipments, and comply with legal obligations.

The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and other rights recognized by the GDPR by writing to hi@lememesac.com.

This site uses technical and analytical cookies to improve the browsing experience. The user can configure them in their browser or reject them through the cookie banner.

4. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of Barcelona.
